We didn't re-invent the wheel. We re-imagined it.
AW3 is a hybrid venture studio. We co-found companies with operators, staff them from a permanent bench, run them on shared infrastructure, and hold equity in the outcome.

All startup needs, under one roof
A founder working with AW3 doesn't assemble five vendors and manage the seams between them. One team owns brand, product, infrastructure, legal formation and the raise — working toward the same outcome, because we own part of it too.

Our story
Founded in San Francisco, AW3 Technology emerged from a simple observation: the traditional approach to building startups was broken. Too many great ideas failed not because of the concept, but because founders lacked the resources, expertise and network to execute.
We created a new model — one that combines the best of venture capital with hands-on company building. As a venture studio we don't just invest; we ideate, validate, build and scale alongside our founders.
Since founding we've helped launch over 15 companies across AI, Web3, SaaS and education. Our portfolio has raised over $5 million in early-stage capital, generated millions in ARR, and reached national and global visibility.
But our success isn't measured only in dollars. It's measured in the impact our companies have on their markets, the jobs they create, and the problems they solve for millions of users.
Whatisaventurestudio?
A venture studio — also called a startup studio or company builder — systematically creates and develops multiple startups in rapid succession, using a repeatable process and shared resources.
Traditional VCs write checks and hope. Venture studios roll up their sleeves and build alongside founders. We don't just bet on companies — we create them.
- Ideation & validation
- Systematic opportunity identification and market validation.
- Shared resources
- In-house teams of designers, developers and operators.
- Initial capital

- 2.5x
Internal rate of return
Average IRR in studio-created startups is 53.3% versus 21.3% in traditional venture-backed startups.
- 3.4x
Faster zero to seed
Traditional venture-backed startups take 36 months from inception to seed; studios take 10.7.
- 3.6x
Total value to paid in
Venture studios post a 5.8x ratio of total value to paid in, against 1.6x from traditional venture-backed startups.
- 01
Higher success rates
Traditional startups succeed at roughly 10%. Studio-backed companies succeed at 30%+ because they start with validated ideas, experienced teams and adequate resources.
- 02
Faster time to market
Shared infrastructure and experienced teams mean companies go from idea to launch in months, not years.
- 03
De-risked innovation
Validating ideas before committing significant resources, and providing operational expertise throughout, removes the most common failure points.
- 04
Aligned incentives
Studios are invested in long-term success, not quarterly metrics. We build companies to last, not just to raise the next round.
- 05
Portfolio effect
Building several companies at once creates synergies, shared learnings and diversified risk.
- 06
Resource efficiency
Shared design, development, legal and operational teams give each startup world-class resources at a fraction of the cost.
Four things, done properly.
- 01
Build companies
We ideate, validate and build startups from the ground up — from initial concept to product-market fit.
- 02
Partner with founders
Capital, strategic guidance and operational support for exceptional entrepreneurs building the future.
- 03

Crafting thoughtful digital experiences with 15+ years in software development and an eye for the details that make interfaces feel alive.
Will began in entrepreneurship as a non-profit founder. The values that came out of that still drive what AW3 builds — empowering communities through technology, building sustainably, and delivering world-class products with integrity and attention to detail. Innovation isn't just code and capital; it's creating systems that are fair, inclusive, and built to last.

What's actually broken.
For developers
- Complexity barrier
- Blockchain development requires months of learning.
- Tool fragmentation
- Dozens of disconnected tools and platforms.
- Resource intensity
- High costs and slow development cycles.
- Quality issues
- 67% of blockchain projects fail on technical grounds.
For startups
- Failure rate
- 90% of startups fail; 42% because there was no market need.
- Funding access
- Under 2% acceptance rate for traditional VC funding.
- Resource constraints
- An average seed round barely covers 12–18 months.
- Talent shortage
- Blockchain developers command $200K+ salaries.
For the ecosystem
- Wealth concentration
- Current consensus mechanisms favour the wealthy.
- Energy waste
- Proof-of-Work chains consume 110+ TWh annually.
- Innovation silos
- Redundant development wastes billions.

- Consumes 99.9% less energy than Bitcoin
- Achieves true decentralization
Energy efficiency
- No computational waste like Proof of Work
- Validation through stake and contribution
- Carbon-neutral by design
Economic fairness
- The square root prevents linear wealth accumulation
- Benevolence rewards network supporters
- Democratized validation opportunities
