    Make the introduction

    Email us with the company, the person and what they are trying to build. A warm intro beats a name and a link.

  2. 02

    We take it from there

    We scope the work and quote it. You are told either way, and we tell you when it signs.

    You get paid

    Quarterly, for twelve months, on what the client has paid us. No invoicing on your side.

The terms

5% of what we collect, for 12 months.

Paid on money the client has actually paid us, so you are never waiting on an invoice we are waiting on. No cap, and no deduction for the studio's costs.

What you earn
5% of the revenue AW3 collects from the engagement — not of the contract value, and with no cap.
How long
Twelve months from project kickoff. Work that continues past the first year is no longer counted.
When it pays
On cash received, not on invoices raised. We pay out quarterly, in arrears, for what the client actually paid that quarter.
What counts
An introduction to a company we had no live conversation with, which becomes a paid engagement within six months of the introduction.
Who can refer
Anyone outside AW3 — former clients, founders, operators, advisors. We cannot pay a referral to someone who stands on the other side of the deal.
