Blocksee: Building the First Version of a Web3 CRM
Client: Blocksee, a Web3 commerce and analytics platform founded by Eric Forst Our role: Frontend lead and fundraising advisor Scope: Landing page, application frontend, engineering staffing, fundraising support
About Blocksee
Blocksee pairs the accessibility of Shopify with the transparency of Etherscan. Brands use it to understand who holds their tokens and NFTs, organize wallets into contacts and segments, and engage those communities.
The Challenge
On-chain data is rich but fragmented, and Web3 brands had no customer tooling comparable to what e-commerce companies take for granted. Blocksee had a strong thesis and a brand guide. It needed a polished public face and a working product, on an investor timeline measured in weeks.
What We Did
The engagement started with a proposal built around weekly milestones.
- Landing page: designed and built the marketing page investors and early customers see
- Application frontend in React: the dashboard, wallet-based login and verification, NFT collection and token views, inventory, contacts, communications, projects, user profiles, and support screens
- Backend integration: connected the interface to Blocksee's on-chain data backend
- Staffing: assembled and managed the engineers who built the first version
- Fundraising support: investor readiness and introductions
Outcome
The first version of Blocksee was delivered on schedule and the company went to market as a Web3 commerce and analytics platform.
"AW3 did an amazing job building out the frontend for our product Blocksee and are now helping us with fundraising. They delivered within budget and on time." Eric Forst, CEO, Blocksee
