SVSE: Brand and First Prototype for a Tokenized Securities Marketplace

Client: SVSE, a tokenized-securities marketplace for software startups Our role: Co-founder and technology lead Scope: Branding, pitch deck, first prototype, platform architecture

About SVSE

SVSE aims to unlock liquidity in private markets. Startups issue tokenized securities, investors trade them on a compliant marketplace, and settlement happens on-chain instead of through weeks of paperwork.

The Challenge

Private company shares are hard to sell. Founders, employees, and early investors can wait a decade for liquidity. Solving that with tokenized securities is as much a regulatory and trust problem as a technical one, so the venture needed to look and read like a serious financial institution from its first investor meeting, and to show a product instead of a promise.

What We Did

AW3 Technology founder William Schulz co-founded SVSE with Ryan Baird and Henry Augustine and serves as CTO.

  • Brand identity: the SVSE logo in horizontal, vertical, and icon versions, with light and dark treatments and a token graphic
  • Pitch deck: a 14-slide investor deck covering the opportunity, the problem, the issuance, trading, and settlement solution, the founders, the product, the roadmap, the business model, the competitive landscape, market size, and the ask
  • First prototype: a working prototype of the marketplace showing how a company lists and how an investor trades
  • Platform architecture: the technical design for issuance, trading, and settlement, with compliance built into the flow
  • Website: the public site at svse.xyz

Outcome

SVSE has a complete identity, an investor deck, and a first prototype, and sits within the Baird Augustine group's portfolio of financial ventures.
