Rey: Brand, Deck, and First Demo for a Payments Orchestration Platform
Client: Rey, a payment orchestration platform from the founders of Bitwage Our role: Branding, investor materials, and prototype development Scope: Brand identity, investor deck, product mockups, first working demo
About Rey
Rey unifies global payment systems behind a single API. It combines a connection layer for payment rails, a digital identity protocol, and stablecoin infrastructure so builders can move money across Web2 and Web3 systems without stitching providers together themselves.
The Challenge
Rey's founders had a deep technical plan and a long token deck. To raise money and recruit partners they needed the story told simply: a brand that looks like financial infrastructure, a deck an investor can follow in one sitting, and a demo that shows the product working.
What We Did
- Brand identity: an extended logo exploration, through eleven rounds, ending in the final mark, color system, black and white versions, and a coin graphic
- Investor deck: rebuilt the founders' original presentation into a 24-slide deck covering the problem of siloed payments, the three-part solution, how it works, the market, the team, the business model, moats, the roadmap, and the token opportunity, with a technical appendix
- Product mockups: dashboard and API page designs showing what developers will use
- First working demo: a functioning demonstration of the platform for investor and partner meetings
- Advisory: ongoing input as an advisor to the founding team
Outcome
Rey went into its fundraising conversations with a finished brand, a clear deck, and a product demo, replacing a document that only insiders could follow.
