LunchTable: From Prototype to Production in Time for the First Client

The Challenge

LunchTable had a prototype and a critical first major client deadline. It needed a production SaaS platform: real architecture, an ambassador web application, AI-driven onboarding and analytics, and infrastructure that would hold up when a brand's audience arrived.

What We Did

• Platform migration: moved the prototype off its hosted backend onto a dedicated API and PostgreSQL database
• Ambassador programs: roles for owners, admins, and ambassadors, QR invitations, and Guest Pass recruiting with AI screening and scoring
• Content and campaigns: brand voice profiles, a content library and calendar, creative briefs, submissions, and public galleries with AI moderation
• Rewards: points, tiers, leaderboards, and redemptions
• Social integrations: TikTok and Instagram connections with metrics sync and earned media value reporting
• Admin portal: user management and a performance monitoring dashboard
• Infrastructure: AWS environments defined in Terraform, production safeguards, scaling work, runbooks, and automated tests
• Launch support: beta testing guides, a customer support guide, a UI/UX audit, and the product roadmap

Outcome

LunchTable is live at lunchtable.ai, and the build met the company's first major client deadline.
