About JustiGuide

JustiGuide connects immigrants with vetted lawyers and AI-powered legal tools that simplify each step of the immigration process: legal research, lawyer matching, and form preparation that compresses weeks of paperwork.

The Challenge

Immigration is one of the most stressful and time-consuming legal experiences there is, with hundreds of pages of paperwork and long waits where a small error can derail a qualified applicant. Bisi Obateru had a strong instinct for fixing this with AI. What the company needed at the start was a brand, a credible presence, a working prototype, and a path to investors and legal partners in a heavily regulated field.

What We Did

AW3 Technology worked with the founder from the very beginning.

• Brand and design language: the identity and visual system the team still uses today
• First prototypes: the first working versions of the product, used to demonstrate the idea
• Website: the public face of the product
• Pitch decks: the investor presentation for the pre-seed raise, covering the problem, the product's core features, the team, the model, the market, and progress to date
• First investor pitches: preparation and introductions for the company's earliest investor meetings
• Lawyer sourcing: introductions to immigration attorneys for the platform's network
• Staffing: help recruiting the early team
• Advisory and angel investment: continued support as the company grew

Outcome

JustiGuide was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2025 in Legal Technology and won the Policy + Protection pitch stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025. The company has raised funding and secured its first clients and revenue.
