Amplo Global's platform helps enterprises benchmark, simulate, and monitor environmental, social, and governance risks across complex manufacturing and distribution networks.
The Challenge
Amplo had a detailed investors deck that reflected how much the team knew, and that was the problem. Enterprise software for ESG risk is hard to explain, and a dense deck loses an investor before the traction slide. The company needed the same substance in a form that could be followed in a first meeting.
What We Did
- Narrative restructure: reorganized the deck into a clear sequence: mission, objective, problem, solution, value proposition, leadership, platform, market, competitive landscape, traction, milestones, financials, and the ask with use of funds
- Visual redesign: rebuilt every slide with a consistent layout, typography, and color system
- Design iterations: three rounds of the deck, followed by a final blue-themed version matched to the brand
- Brand assets: logo treatments prepared for use on dark backgrounds
- Fundraising guidance: input on how to present the raise
Outcome
Amplo Global went into investor meetings with a 16-slide deck that presents its platform, customers, and financials clearly, and that the team can keep updating.
